Step 1 -
Go to https://beta.groove.ai/sign-in
Step 2 -
Click on Forgot Password
Step 3 -
Enter the email you used to purchase Groove.ai (in ALL lower-case letters) and click submit.
Step 4 -
Check your email inbox for this email and click the link. If you do not receive this email in 30 minutes, email [email protected] and tell them which email you used.
Step 5 -
Change Your Password and then go to https://beta.groove.ai/sign-in and sign in to your account.
Make sure to keep your password safe.
